Appetite for Life Academy
Our 2010 Appetite for Life: Frontiers in Nutrition speaker series was once again a great success! This years series offered the latest cutting-edge nutrition research from researchers working at the UNC-Chapel Hill Nutrition Research Institute on the North Carolina Research Campus: Dr. Steven H. Zeisel, MD, PhD; Dr. Carol L. Cheatham, PhD; and Dr. Sangita Sharma, PhD. Participants enjoyed engaging sessions designed to help people eat better and live longer, healthier lives.
