TEMPORARY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
This position is located on the NC Research Campus, Kannapolis, NC
Provide excellent customer service to internal clients; organize EHS program; create spreadsheets and databases; setup training database/reminder system; EHS recordkeeping; respond to COVID protocol/policy inquiries; coordinate EHS training and other programs; draft written correspondence, manuals, and reports; transfer paper files to electronic system; develop new incident/accident electronic database; and update EHS Orientation, training, and additional PowerPoint presentations.
BS degree in Business Administration (or equivalency) or a high school diploma with a minimum of four years administrative/IT/clerical office experience
Must possess expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; outstanding customer service and organizational skills; detail-oriented abilities; ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks; and exceptional written and oral communication skills. Ability to work remotely if necessary.
