We are seeking energetic and talented postdoctoral researchers to study the function of folate enzymes ALDH1L1 and ALDH1L2 in cellular metabolism and their association with human diseases. The projects will utilize cell culture and mouse models to answer questions about the role of folate metabolizing enzymes, and dietary folate, in liver and brain function, tumorigenesis, cancer progression and metastasis.

Postdoctoral fellow will study the role of ALDH1L1 and ALDH1L2 enzymes in the regulation of cellular metabolism and association of these proteins with human diseases.

Minimum Education: PhD in Biochemistry or related disciplines.

Required Qualifications: Experience with protein expression and purification and modern cell biology techniques is required.

Preferred Qualifications: Applicants with experience in mouse studies are preferred.
