Join us for a cooking demo + nutrition talk at Johnson and Wales University on September 27 at 6 PM. Chef Daina Soto-Sellers, a JWU professor, is a science-driven chef with more than 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Soto-Sellers will prepare a fall inspired menu featuring a roasted butternut squash salad roll with maple orange dipping sauce, an entrée of creamy white stone ground grits with roasted vegetables and mushroom jus and an apple upside down cake for dessert, certain to make your mouth water.

Chef Soto-Sellers will be joined by NRI’s Cinya Brand, MPH, CHES. Brand will provide the nutritional benefits of each dish showing participants that healthy is also delicious. Don’t miss this event!

The program begins at 6 PM in Hance Auditorium at Johnson and Wales University: 801 West Trade Street (at Cedar Street), Charlotte, NC 28202.
