Jorge Silva-Gomez, PhD

Jorge Antonio Silva-Gomez earned his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology in Medicine and Human Nutrition at the University of Guadalajara. He conducted research on cell signaling related to carcinogenesis, chronic inflammatory processes for cancer development, and the impact of unbalanced dietary patterns in fatty acids. He is currently a Postdoctoral fellow at the NRI with Dr. Isis Trujillo, investigating the effects of choline on neurodevelopmental disorders. In his spare time, he enjoys running and exercising
