Do you experience binge or loss of control eating?

Researchers at the UNC Nutrition Research Institute are conducting a research study where participants will participate in interviews about barriers and facilitators to access treatment for disordered eating virtually.

If you are eligible, you will participate in one individual interview lasting 60-90 minutes.

Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible if you identify as a Black adult between the ages of 18-25 and you experience binge, loss of control eating, stress, or emotional eating.

Participants will be compensated for their participation. This research study has been reviewed by the UNC IRB #25-0125.

Clinicians

Are you a clinician who works with emerging adults with binge eating? Researchers at the UNC Nutrition Research Institute are conducting a research study where participants will participate in interviews about barriers and facilitators to accessing treatment for disordered eating. If you are eligible, you will participate in one individual interview lasting 60-90 minutes.

You may be eligible if you identify as a clinician who works with young adults (age 18-25) with binge or loss of control eating.

Participants will be compensated for their participation.
This research study has been reviewed by the UNC IRB #25-0125.
