Betty has served Lettuce Eat Café customers with a positive attitude and a smile since joining the NRI in 2016! She is a career service industry professional. Betty is a North Carolina native, growing up in the eastern part of the state, and raising her family locally. In her spare time, Betty enjoys classic titles from her extensive movie collection and enjoys time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren!
