Eric is thrilled to join the team as a Dietetic Technician and gain new experiences at the UNC Nutrition Research Institute. He brings over 25 years of food industry experience, rooted in his culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University (Rhode Island, Class of 1994). When Eric is off the clock, he loves spending quality time with his family or relaxing poolside. To keep his energy up, you can usually find him at his home away from home – 9 Round in Afton Village – crushing a cardio kickboxing workout.
