Jenna Baker joined the Nutrition Research Institute in June 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and her Master of Arts in Applied Arts and Sciences in 2022. Prior to joining the Institute, Jenna worked at UNC Charlotte, where she held administrative roles in academic departments for five years.

A native of Concord, she now resides in Kannapolis. In her spare time, Jenna enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter.
