Mike is a retired business owner and U.S. Navy veteran having served aboard a nuclear submarine in the United States Navy before founding and operating a physician recruiting consulting firm for 25 years. Later, he owned and operated a local Italian pizzeria in Concord for 15 years before retiring. Originally from New Jersey, Mike has called Concord, North Carolina, home since 1991 and has enjoyed being an active part of the community including coaching the Varsity Boys basketball team at Concord Academy, for more than three decades.
