Sam has worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years, mostly in pediatrics, but also public health and now research. She received an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from South University. Sam has lived in the area for 20 years, is a self-proclaimed foodie, and loves traveling to find new things to eat! She also enjoys cold weather, spending time outdoors with her family, and all kinds of animals.
