Do you feel out of control around food? Have you been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes? If so, the HONOR study may interest you! Researchers at UNC-Chapel Hill are conducting a research study where participants will be interviewed about their eating concerns, and their interest in using technology in future treatment programs to manage their type 2 diabetes.
Study Purpose: To examine the factors that affect eating behaviors of African American adults with Type 2 diabetes.
You may be eligible, if you:
• Identify as an African American
• Between the ages of 18-75 years old
• Diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes
• Participate in a 60-90 minute interview (virtual)

Eligible participants will be compensated $40.
