Nina joined the NRI as a Research Assistant for the Tate Lab in June 2025. She is pursuing a B.S. in Human Science at Georgetown University and previously assisted with cancer and neuroscience research at GUSOM. Although Nina attended school in D.C., she is originally from Concord, NC, and is excited to be raising her new daughter close to home. In hopes of attending medical school in the future, with an interest in pediatrics, she is grateful for the opportunity to learn and gain experience. Nina’s hobbies include all forms of art, especially drawing, photography, and karaoke.
