Brooke Giles

Director of Marketing, Communications, and External Affairs

Brooke Giles is a 2011 graduate of Campbell University. She was promoted in July 2024 to Director of Marketing, Communications, and External Affairs. She previously served the NRI as a Communications Specialist from 2014-2017 and as Marketing Asset Manager from 2022-2024. Brooke manages a team that is responsible for a variety of communication media to stimulate interest in research, programs, events, and activities conducted by the NRI. She develops original content and suggests creative ways to attract more audiences and supporters, and promotes our brand with the goal of increasing traffic to NRI digital properties for public and donor engagement and event attendance. Brooke is the liaison to the NRI's Board of Advisors and the primary fundraising officer.
